Editorial policy and corrections
In short
CourseToJob publishes official figures exactly as the source publishes them, labels its own guidance as editorial, never accepts payment for placement, dates every page and records substantive corrections below.
Who writes and checks CourseToJob?
CourseToJob is published by Elite Digital AI Solutions Ltd (company number 17250017), founded by Kaiser Khan. Pages are written and maintained by the CourseToJob editorial team. We do not attribute pages to named experts or reviewers unless that person actually wrote or reviewed the page.
Where do our figures come from?
Salary and employment figures come from the Department for Education's Longitudinal Education Outcomes (LEO) statistics: the CAH level 3 subject data, the industry data and the provider-level dashboard data for the 2023–24 tax year, published on 25 June 2026 under the Open Government Licence v3.0. Programme, fee and scholarship records link to the official university or funder page and show the date we checked them.
- We copy published values. We do not estimate a missing value, average neighbouring subjects or adjust for inflation unless a page says so.
- Where the source publishes nothing, the page says so instead of showing a number.
- Figures we calculate ourselves, such as industry shares from DfE's rounded counts, are labelled as our calculation.
- Downloads of the subject table are available as CSV and JSON.
How is editorial guidance labelled?
Role examples, "who it suits" notes, interview question types and application advice are CourseToJob's own editorial guidance and are labelled as such. They are illustrations, not guarantees of a job, admission, visa or salary. Immigration, student finance and admissions details link to the official source, which always takes precedence.
Is CourseToJob independent?
Yes. CourseToJob is not affiliated with UCAS, the Student Loans Company, HESA, GOV.UK or any university, and no university or employer can pay to appear, rank higher or change what we publish. University pages are an editorial index; applications are made through UCAS or the university.
How often are pages updated?
Every page shows the date it was last updated. We refresh official figures when DfE publishes a new LEO release, and review programme, fee and scholarship records against their stated review dates. A changed date means the page content or its underlying data changed, not just a re-publish.
How do we use AI tools?
We may use software, including AI tools, to help process official data files and draft or check text. Figures on the site come from the official files through reproducible scripts, and published pages are checked by automated tests that reject salary figures without an official source.
Corrections log
We correct errors as soon as we find them. To report one, email hello@elitedigitalagency.io with the page address and what looks wrong, or see our contact page. Substantive corrections, meaning changes to a figure, a factual claim or a data label, are listed here with the date.
- : Corrected the site-wide data credit. It named the HESA Discover Uni dataset and a CC-BY 4.0 licence, but no HESA data is loaded; the DfE LEO statistics we use are published under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
- : Removed an unavailable take-home pay calculator from subject pages. It displayed on every page but could not produce a result because official tax and loan rates had not been loaded.
