Convert application images to PDF

Turn JPG and PNG scans into an A4 PDF privately in your browser, with image-quality choices and an actual output-size check.

Use the receiving organisation’s instructions. These tools prepare files; they do not submit an application or certify a document.

Private on this device

File contents and filenames stay in this tab. No account, server upload or automatic saving. Downloads remain wherever you save them.

1. Choose your images

20 MB per file, 40 MB combined, up to 12 files and 80 PDF pages. New selections replace the current files.

Choose files to begin. Nothing is uploaded.

How to use this tool

  1. Choose JPG or PNG images of the required documents.
  2. Order the images and choose a quality setting.
  3. Download the PDF and inspect fine print, seals and grades at full size.

Before you submit

This creates image-based PDF pages, not searchable text or certified copies. No OCR is added. Smaller settings may blur detail; no target file size is guaranteed.

Keep an unchanged original. Check the downloaded copy for missing pages, cropped content, readable text and the portal’s size limit. Password-protected or damaged PDFs are not supported. Limits are 20 MB per file, 40 MB combined, 12 files and 80 PDF pages; complex files may exceed your device’s available memory.

Common questions

Are my documents uploaded?

No. File processing happens in this browser tab. Files are not saved automatically or sent to CourseToJob. Clearing the workspace removes its file references; downloaded copies remain on your device.

Will a university accept the output?

Acceptance depends on the university and application route. Check whether it requires separate documents, certified translations, original scans or a specific file format. Do not alter evidence or remove required pages.

What should international applicants check?

Confirm qualification and translation requirements with the admissions team. Our international entry requirements guide and application document checklist help you identify the right questions.
