Back up your work
Open My documents and select Export JSON backup. The file contains your CVs, letters and application notes, including personal details. Store it somewhere private.
Restore or move to another browser
Open My documents on CourseToJob, choose your JSON backup, review the document counts and confirm the import. Imported documents are new copies; existing drafts are kept. Open the copies and check linked CVs, letters and applications.
Working with the original laptop project
The CV Maker project was developed locally and is now integrated into CourseToJob. There is no separate CV Maker website or domain needed to use these tools. If you saved documents while testing that local project, export its JSON backup in the original browser and import the file here. Source-code files are not personal document backups.
Can you recover a cleared draft?
CourseToJob has no server copy of your documents. Use an exported backup or a saved copy in the same browser. A PDF or Word download keeps the finished document; a JSON backup keeps editable records and linked applications.
