When to use Executive
Use Executive when a human will print or preview a two-page senior CV and you want a skills rail. Skip it for Workday-style forms — two columns still scramble some parsers. If the vacancy is an online application, switch to Professional and keep the same text.
Who it suits
Directors and senior managers sending a file to a search firm or a named hiring manager.
Layout and reading order
This is a two-column visual layout. Columns and sidebars can be read in an unexpected order by some parsers. No layout is guaranteed to work in every recruitment system. Check extracted text and follow the upload instructions.
PDF and Word exports use consistent single-column layouts. To print the visual template, use the builder’s print option and check page breaks.
