Customer Service CV example

What to include in a customer service cv: relevant evidence, skills, sample achievement structures and template suggestions.

A useful starting point

Volume, channel, and a quality or retention proof. One or two pages. Skip “people person”. Skip this if you want account-management sales seats with no book of business.

These examples illustrate structure, not a real applicant’s history. Replace every sample detail with your own evidence. Follow the employer’s instructions on qualifications, registration, document length and file format.

Evidence to consider

  • Channel (phone, chat, email)
  • Volume
  • CSAT or SLA if real
  • Systems

Illustrative achievement bullets

  • Handled 50+ contacts a day across phone and chat against a 80% CSAT target
  • First-contact resolution 72% on a billing queue
  • Documented 15 macros that cut average handle time 40 seconds
  • Escalated 8 vulnerable-customer cases using the written policy

Relevant skills to substantiate

Phones · Chat · CRM · Complaint handling · SLA · Written English

What to leave out

  • Photos
  • Invented CSAT
  • Every product SKU

Choose a layout

Explore the classic template or use it in the CV builder. This is a suggested layout; follow the vacancy’s requirements.
