When to use Sidebar
Use Sidebar when a human will open the PDF and you want contact and skills visible in a rail. Skip it for strict ATS forms: some engines read the rail first and jumble dates. If the job is a portal upload, pick Modern and keep the words.

Layout and reading order

PDF and Word exports use consistent single-column layouts. To print the visual template, use the builder’s print option and check page breaks.
