Recruiter CV example

What to include in a recruiter cv: relevant evidence, skills, sample achievement structures and template suggestions.

A useful starting point

Show reqs filled, time-to-hire, and the desk (perm, temp, in-house). Two pages. Skip “hunter-gatherer” slogans. Skip this if you are an HR manager without a desk — different job.

These examples illustrate structure, not a real applicant’s history. Replace every sample detail with your own evidence. Follow the employer’s instructions on qualifications, registration, document length and file format.

Evidence to consider

  • Perm vs temp
  • Volume
  • Sectors
  • A metric (fill rate, billing if agency)

Illustrative achievement bullets

  • Filled 42 perm roles in 12 months at an average 28 days to offer
  • Billing £180k as a 360 desk in a 4-person team
  • Built a 200-person talent pool for a scarce engineering niche
  • Cut drop-out after offer 15% with a new briefing script

Relevant skills to substantiate

360 recruiting · Sourcing · Intake briefing · ATS · Negotiation · Stakeholder management

What to leave out

  • Photos
  • Fake billings
  • Every job board as a skill

Choose a layout

Explore the modern template or use it in the CV builder. This is a suggested layout; follow the vacancy’s requirements.
